The Lucky Penny was an awesome house for kids! The third floor is a complete kids’ suite with two bedrooms that has 6 twin beds, a bathroom and a dedicated kids living room/game room with an oversized couch, TV and a PlayStation. My daughter, her friend and her cousins had a great time up there. The house also offered ping pong, darts, corn hole and a pool basketball hoop/volleyball net. The heated pool was one of the best amenities, being able to swim day and night and go in between the beach and pool whenever we wanted. It was an easy walk (~2 mins) to the beach and so easy using the house’s beach trolley, beach chairs, huge cooler, beach toys and 15+ beach towels. We went to the beach every day and didn’t need to buy a thing. The pricing was great compared to hotels in the area. It offered tons of private space with many amenities – it felt like luxury, and such a deal! It would also be a great place to stay for groups attending events around Charleston. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with three young families and us, the grandparents. Paras and Emily are great hosts. They are so engaged and responsive. We had a total of 14 ranging from 2 to 72. We never felt crowded and it was easy for us to get away in the wonderful master bedroom. There is nothing about this house I would change! There is a ton of beach toys for kids. Having a table that would seat 14 was special. Would not hesitate to go back if we have another family vacation in IOP.

I've stayed in IOP a few times. This stay was with a larger group for a golf trip. House was huge, spotless and super clean. Location is close to the beach, beautiful area and close to local restaurants etc. Management was in touch the whole time, allocated Emily specific for our stay which if anything needed was a text away. Instructions were super clear and articulate. Bathrooms are all new, clean and spacious.Kitchen was clean and large enough for 16 adults. House was absolutely beautiful. Normally I could find something that wasn't up to par but this house was perfect for a large group. Would certainly rent again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very walkable into Isle of Palms and if it were warmer, the pool would have been perfect! We loved the large dining room table.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Lovely porch with cozy furniture to enjoy time together sipping our coffee in the mornings! Lots of room for everyone to spread out.
Truly a stunning home!
Truly a stunning home! It was super spacious for my family of 10 and absolutely loved walking around the corner to enjoy the beach. Huge kitchen and dining area for big meals with the family. We also loved the bbq nook at the bottom next to the pool where we enjoyed lunch under the sun. I felt right at home! I never thought about moving for to Charleston, for for the few days we were here, I considered it!

This house was perfect for a long weekend for us girls. The location was great and beach access very close by.
